What is XCel Gold?

Intermediate XCel with real composition expectations. B-level skills become the standard. Height and distance deductions apply on vault for the first time. Judges evaluate both execution and basic composition.

Full turn, two different dance elements with one 120-degree split leap, two acro skills through inverted vertical, and a dismount. No C or higher skills.
